Cancellations

  1. Cancellations or rescheduling require advance notice of at least 48 hours before the original date. 
  2. If a cancellation is made under 48 hours before the shoot the client agrees to supply 50% of the total session cost. If the session is rescheduled the client will then pay the other 50%.
  3. If MG Photos has to cancel or reschedule, 72 hours’ notice will be provided.
  4. Rescheduling on a mutually agreeable date will be the responsibility of both parties.
  5. MG Photos agrees to make up no more than 10 minutes of shooting time if a client is running late.


Release of Images

  1. By agreeing to these conditions, the client grants MG Photos the right to use and publish the photographs taken during their session. Images may be used for trade, stock, website, MG Photos marketing efforts, or other media sites. 
  2. If any client has concerns regarding the release of images, they must be communicated to MG Photos in the comment box on the booking form or during the pre-consultation.
  3. When clients utilize their images, they agree to give proper credit to MG Photos. If no credit is given, MG Photos will notify the client to do so.
  4. Clients agree that sharing MG Photos work with personal filters or presets is a violation of this contract and is a clear misrepresentation of MG Photos. If re-edited photos are shared, MG Photos reserves the right to ask the client to take down the images.


Payment

  1. Payment is due at the time of the session via PayPal or Venmo. Images will not be delivered until payment is secured. Sessions can be done in half-hour segments to decrease the cost but image amount and location will vary.
  2. Senior session fee:
  3. Senior sessions are an hourly rate of $50 and a pre-consultation is required.
  4. Family session fee:
  5. Family sessions are an hourly rate of $100 and a pre-consultation is required.
  6. Couple session fee:
  7. Couple sessions are an hourly rate of $80 and a pre-consultation is required.
  8. Headshot session fee:
  9. Headshot sessions are a half-hourly rate of $35 and a pre-consultation is required.


Travel fee

  1. MG Photos has a temporary residency in Springfield, Missouri so travel expenses may change depending on the location during the scheduled session time.
  2. The driving distance from Liberty to Springfield is 340 miles. 
  3. If MG Photos is living in Liberty or Springfield at the time of the session the cost will include an $8 fee for every 15 miles traveled outside of that current living location roundtrip.


Delivery of Images

  1. Images will be uploaded to a gallery on Pixieset and shared with the client 7-10 after the shoot. The gallery lasts for two weeks after the shoot but for extra security, images should be downloaded immediately.
  2. If the client requests to receive the images via flash drive, the client agrees to provide the flash drive at the time of the session.
  3. MG Photos will return the flash drive, containing the retouched photos, 7-20 days after the shoot.
